Job Ad Posting Help

Overview

Posting job ads is free and no registration is required

Click the Post a New Job button and fill in the form, registration is not necessary

The best method to enter ads is to copy and paste plain text and then format with our WYSIWYG editor

For first time advertisers there will be a manual approval and thereafter all ads are automatically published

You will be emailed a job ad notification including ad management links

All ads run for 30 days and you can edit the ad as often as you desire or delete them at anytime

Step by Step

  1. Click 'Post A New Job'.
  2. Choose 'Full time', 'Part-time' or 'Contract' with the radio buttons.
  3. Choose a job 'Category' from the drop down list.
  4. Enter a 'Title' in the text field (you cannot enhance the format of the Title).
  5. Choose a 'Location' from the drop down list or choose 'other' and enter a location. Make sure the 'other' location you enter is likely to be a place that people would logically search for.
  6. Enter the 'Description'.
  7. Description entry and formatting tips;
    1. Copy and Paste from a text or Word document into the description field and use the WYSIWYG editor to format or,
    2. Click the 'HTML' button and paste html code into the popup window, close the window and finalise editing.
    3. Any picture or logo that you incorporate must be hosted on your own image/web server.
  8. Enter your name.
  9. Enter your website.
  10. Enter your email. Hotmail and Yahoo addresses are not accepted.
  11. Enter the anti-spam words and click 'Verify ad'. If you cannot read the anti-spam words click the refresh icon.
  12. Read your ad and click 'Publish this job ad' if correct or 'edit this job ad' to make changes.
  13. Check that your ad appears in the correct listing.
  14. You will have been sent an email confirming your ad. Keep this email to use to later modify or delete your ad.
