Child Care Director / Co Ordinator
Roseberry House Bentleigh requires a Full Time Director / Co Ordinator for this family owned and operated, high quality accredited, 90 place centre, in the South East Suburbs of Melbourne.
The centre offers a great, happy, supportive environment with ratios well over regulations in every room. An Office Manager and Curriculum Supervisor, ensures the Director is fully supported in their role.
Roseberry House is innovative and forward thinking we use immergent curriculum, reflection style programming and individual portfolios are supplied for every child. We offer a great environment to work in and our team are open, warm and friendly.
Professional Development opportunities are offered to all staff and the centre is Sunsmart Accredited as well as participating in the Start Right, Eat Right program.
The salary range is above the award and can be negotiated
Applicants must have:
- Diploma or equivalent in Child Care
- Previous experience in a Director's Role
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid qualifications preferred.
