Our client is a privately owned centre situated in the prestigious suburb of Rose Bay. Catering for upto 45 children per day, this centre prides itself on it's high expectations and delivery of service to the general public. The operating hours of the centre are from 7:30am to 6:00pm. At the present, an opportunity has risen for a Diploma Qualified individual who thoroughly enjoys engaging with the 2-3 year olds.

With a strong emphasis on the Emergent Curriculum, you will take on the approach to programme, using the children's interests in accordance to extend in the developmental areas. Being in this role, you will be provided with allocated programming time away from the children. You will be actively involved in the running of the room, working closely alongside two other staff members.

You ask "Why is it a centre with a difference"?? Not only is French offered three times a week, there is also external educators who deliver music and movement to the children three times a week.

Suitable applicants must have a genuine interest in working with the 2-3 year olds, exposure to a formal long day care setting and are committed in deliverying the centres philosophy.

All applicants MUST have a COMPLETED Diploma in Children's Services. A Current First Aid Certificate will also be highly recommended.
