Minimum 40 hours per fortnight
The Position
We are looking for an individual who will:

• Promote and maintain clinical standards to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
  
• Participates as a supportive team member in clinical and unit-based decision making.
  
• Facilitates and supports performance management through human resources policies and practices.
  
• Demonstrate effective organisational skills to provide a safe environment for staff and patients.

The Person

• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse in with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Western Australia
  
• Minimum of 3 years recent Emergency/Critical Care nursing experience, that demonstrates expert clinical and problem solving skills, plus a postgraduate certificate in Emergency/ Critical Care Nursing or,
• Minimum of 5 years recent Emergency/Critical Care nursing experience, that demonstrates expert clinical and problem solving skills
  
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflict and produce resolution
  
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  
• Knowledge of Workplace Human relations, including EEO, OH&S.
  Desirable
• Possess or be working towards a relevant Bachelor degree
• Knowledge of and ability to practice Paediatric care
