My client has a fantastic opportunity available for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their team.

This role is perfect for a well presented person who wants to work in a fun and friendly environment with a 'CAN DO' attitude.

- You will be the receptionist to a range of different clients
- Your job is to ensure the phones are answered and clients are greeted in a professional, yet friendly manner
- Manage the boardroom and meeting room bookings
- Responsible for the outgoing mail
- Organising couriers
- Updating the internal staff and customer database
- Stationary ordering
In order to be considered for this role you will need:
- Articulate, clear and effective communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Excellent personal presentation
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Warm personality with a positive attitude
- Intermediate skills in all Microsoft programs
