Experienced Human Resources Administrators required

Large HR team within a leading organisation and mid sized firmsOpportunity to broaden your already established HR experienceVarious locations availableAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resource Administrator to join a leading organisation in their industry. This permanent opportunity would suit an enthusiastic self-starter who is looking to further their career within a supportive and dynamic Human Resources team.
Additionally Hays require temporary Human Resource administrators to meet immediate needs within the same company.
You will have a great work balance with flexible hours and an opportunity to further your career.
Reporting to the HR Manager and supporting the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for general Human Resources duties including: end to end recruitment, employee inductions, employee contracts and managerial reporting. This will involve coordination of the recruitment process, liaising with and screening potential candidates and general HR administration as required.
The successful candidate will:
· Have a minimum of 12 months experience in any industry as a Human Resources Administrator
· Have a Human Resources Degree or related qualifications
· Be able to work full time and able to start within the next 4 weeks
The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and enthuse others, have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with all levels of staff within an organisation. You will also have an ability to organise and prioritise your workload in order to meet deadlines
