Sales Support/Account Manager

Sales Support/Account Manager

We have 2 Sales Support/Account Management roles available. Dependant on the candidates, we may require both a junior & senior person to fill these roles.
Reporting to the National Vendor Manager, this role entails:
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of credit submissions to senior management
- To assist both the direct vendor and broker relationships
- To support the national BDM team with introducer partners
- To provide support to the National Sales Manger and the GM Origination
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to external clients and internal stake holders
- Tracking and reporting on deals through the internal pipeline
- Provide a high level of customer service by handling all applications promptly in a courteous and efficient manner, advising introducers/customers of any delay and keeping them informed of progress
- Establish and maintain good working relationships both internally & externally
- Ensuring written documentation on all leasing procedures complies with requirements in conjunction with the Senior Credit Manager
- Low net worth account management and acquisition
- Maintaining and monitoring relationship management database
- Working within the business origination system
- Ad hoc duties
Core Competencies
- Can think laterally and able to problem solve
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team under pressure and meet goals and deadlines
Required Skills
Senior Applicants
- Advanced Excel
- Minimum Intermediate skills in all other MS Office programs
Junior applicants
- Intermediate skills in all MS Office programs
Preference will be given to applicants with a proven track record in commercial credit assessment.
Experience in Asset Financing will be of additional benefit but is not essential.
