This established HNW Practice is seeking a stable, dependable and proactive person to be an integral part of their Financial Planning team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Reception - Managing Calls, Messages, Meet and Greet, etc.
  • PA Duties - Diary Management, Travel Arrangements, etc.
  • General Administration duties - Mail, Banking, Photocopying, etc.
  • Assistance with Accounts - (MYOB experience desirable although not essential).
  • Event management - Client Functions, etc.
  • Client Service duties - Communicating with HNW clients face-to-face, by phone and email; Document preparation, etc.
  • Adherence to compliance rules and quality standards.

To thrive in this role you will require:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a General Administration and/or Customer Service role where you have dealt with HNW clients.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills including Intermediate to Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Very high standard of Written and Verbal communication skills including perfect Vocabulary, Spelling and Grammar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills both internally with other team members and externally with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong Administrative, Organisational and Time Management Skills.
  • Good Initiative, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
