You will be leading a team while creating an energised, dynamic and performance driven environment.
You will be overseeing the administration and processing team who have responsibility to ensure accurate reporting, processing and customer service in relation to superannuation. This great opportunity will put your superannuation knowledge to the test and will provide you with an opportunity to work strategically with a superior management team. You will be expected to manage all aspects of the Team including performance management, training and development and that all staff are up to date with all policies, procedures and aware of compliance issues.
To be successful in this role you will require knowledge of the superannuation Industry, a clear understanding of back office superannuation processing. Strong people management is essential along with excellent problem solving, negotiation and communication skills. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience within the Superannuation Industry.
