full time Contracts Administrator

at Construction Careers in Sydney

A National upper second tier head contractor has a number of positions for experienced and career minded Contract Administrators to work out of their Sydney office.

 

 The ideal candidates will have a construction or related degree field and have a number of years experience working on multiple projects at a time from the initial works through to completion and hand over.

 

This role will see you writing, negotiating, letting subcontracts ensuring that budgets are maintained, approving progress payments to subcontractors, retentions etc. You will be reporting to the Project Manager as to the budgets and attending and taking minutes at all project meetings.
